Kitchen Gadgets Tested | Clever or Never

Today we review loads of gadgets so you can decide if they are clever or if you should never buy them.  The best kitchen gadgets in my opinion should save time, make a hard job easier and not take up too much space in the  kitchen.  Some gadgets looks like they will do just that, but when you try them the fail miserably.  Others impress beyond expectations.  Watch the video to see how they perform.

Fixie Bike Pizza Cutter

Source: We purchased this on sale at a surf store but they can also be found here: bike pizza cutter

My vote: Never/Clever It is pretty, a conversation starter and a nice looking gift.  But a normal pizza cutter is better at getting the job done.

If you have never had a Smore before you really need to try them with a marshmallow toasted over a fire. They have always been a campfire or fireplace treat as far as I know. Just toast them on a long stick and the outside with get a brown crust and the inside will be melty. It really adds more flavor.
The key to microwaving is to have moister for most things. If you are heating up a muffin or something that is a little old or would normally get dried in the microwave, mist it with a little water and it will be soft and delicious.

    • Thanks Genie.

OMG, I’ve only gotten to the broken arm story and this is the best video ever so far!

Always love when Dave is on, though I don’t believe he is being entirely truthful about the pizza cutter.

when you put some crunchy dough in the microwave it comes out all soggy, it loses it´s crunchynes, but when you also put some water in a glass or cup, it remains crunchy, so maybe that´s why the s´mores gadget needs water in it, to keep the cracker crunchy

    • It might be that.
