Hi Ann, huge fan, have learned so much and enjoying your book. I have used plenty of your icing recipes; however recently learned my son has to go dairy free so having to relearn a lot of my baking to use no dairy. So far, one of the hardest things (other than cheese because all the vegan cheese has been horrid) has been a good dairy free icing! Do you have any ideas? I know crisco American buttercream is not good…I tried a Swiss meringue with vegan butter and Crisco, but I think I need to try a different vegan butter as was too liquidy, especially with the Rasberry liquid. Will keep trying but would love to see if you have done any or could maybe add some? Thanks.

  2. I love your videos but I was upset when you did not post one this week

    • Hi Brochi, Ann has been in hospital with her son for the last month. So no video this week, however Ann posted this comment on youtube.. You can find the link under last week’s video.

Sorry everyone ?I’ve been snowed under after a month in hospital with my son James so I just had to try and catch up this week … which sadly means no new video tonight. But I’ll pin the best ‘nutty pun’ in the comments of this video ? See you next week … I promise! ?

  3. Hi Ann

I brought your little book of frostings and my printer wasn’t working so I couldn’t make the chocolate orange frosting because when I went to look in the book for the recipe it’s said I didn’t buy it

    • That is very odd Jenny. Did you purchase the book of frostings a while ago? The link does expire eventually so I am wondering if that is the issue. I will ask our support crew to have a look at the issue for you.

  4. do u have a italian buttercream recipe

  5. Hi, Ann! Can I get this book here in Mexico?

    • Hi Dario, The product is available there, though the main factor effecting purchase in some reasons is the payment method. This is out of our jurisdiction. The payment gateways are Paypal and Stripe. If those entities accept online payments in your area, it should be easy to purchase and download.

  6. Hi Gerald, was this issue resolved for you? Just checking back through old comments.

  7. Hi Carliena, was this issue resolved for you?
