    Ann,
I don’t think you’ve tried this particular roasted chicken recipe. It’s a video where you get multiple sticks of butter and herbs, then make a compound mixture with it all. Then stuff a chicken with aromatics, and literally dunk the entire chicken in the bowl of butter, slather it on, then put it on top of uncooked rice, and root vegetables in the oven. There’s no way the rice cooks just in all the melted butter. It’s a cholesterol meal for sure. It’s all over FB and other social media. Unless you’ve all ready debunked it. If so, sorry!!
    It’s a “Chefclub Original” video.

Just a quick idea, we didn’t have an oven for several months and one thing we did was make cookies and brownies in a waffle iron, well greased of course. Cookies with a lot of butter or shortening worked the best. I must say I was glad to get my oven back so I could cook in it normally.
I love the debunking videos. They’re so interesting.

Ok random question but we’re having a small get together soon and it’s one of the first since quarantine…but any suggestions for desserts that look impressive but are single served things? (Like cookies, cupcakes, that kind of thing) I doubt anyone will respond to this lol ;P But of course I loved the video

    • Hi Rachel, I would honestly recommend chocolate! Maybe chocolate cupcakes with a chocolate buttercream frosting, and a chocolate decoration like chocolate curls or something like that. Or strawberry cheesecake bars, lemon bars, maybe a little tart made from a sugar cookie (using the back of a cupcake pan), and custard inside. Mini cheesecakes would be amazing too! These are just ideas, so you can choose which you like! Happy Baking! 🙂

Love this series, as well as Clever or Never☺
And bless his heart, your hubby is such a good natured sport about putting questionable things in his mouth. He is so funny and a highlight of these videos. Thanks so much for all you do.
