DEADLINE book competition Terms & Conditions<\/p>\n

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

2. Entry is open worldwide, void where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n

3. The competition is based on the best answer, chance plays no part in determining the winners.<\/p>\n

4. To register for a chance to win a 30 minute zoom with Dave and Ann and a Deadline Prize pack, individuals must, during the competition period, correctly fill out the entry form for this competition on howtocookthat.net.<\/p>\n

5. Competition commences 7:30pm on 5th July 2024 AEST. Entries close 11.59pm on 26th August 2024 AEST. The best entries will be short-listed and the final judging will take place by the 28\/08\/2024 5pm AEST. Winners will be notified by email. They will also be listed on the competition entry page on howtocookthat.net. The Promoter\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n

6. The Promoter has one prize consisting of one ’30 minute zoom call with Dave and Ann plus a deadline prize pack’ and two additional runner up mini Deadline prize packs.<\/p>\n

7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.<\/p>\n

8. Two weeks after the original decision has been made if any of the winners cannot be contacted, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next best entry(ies) as judged by the promoter.<\/p>\n

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.<\/p>\n

10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries which do not contain a correct answer to the ‘Deadline’ book questions will be deemed invalid. Entries written anywhere other than on the competition entry form will not be included in the competition.<\/p>\n

11. In the case of two identical entries the first one will be taken as the original entry and the second or subsequent entries will be deemed as copies and will be invalid.<\/p>\n

12. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.<\/p>\n

13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter\u2019s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.<\/p>\n

14. The Promoter will collect personal information from the three winners in order to mail the prizes. The promoter will not collect personal information from Entrants under 18 years of age, an adult must be available to claim the prize for them. If a person under the age of 18 wins first prize they must have an adult present on the zoom call with them.<\/p>\n

17. Entrants must not be an employee of Reardon Media.<\/p>\n

18. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.<\/p>\n
