Terms and Conditions 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n 2. Entry is open to entrants worldwide.<\/p>\n 3. The competition is based on the best oreo art photo as voted by the website viewers, chance plays no part in determining the winners.<\/p>\n 4. To enter, individuals must, during the competition period, watch the youtube video https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0chosVTwkTY and enter on the official entry form at howtocookthat.net Entrants must write their name, a valid email address and upload a photo of their oreo art.<\/p>\n 5. For this competition Oreo art is defined as a drawing using the oreo icing on one or two at the most oreo biscuits. Entrants can only use oreo icing, not home made icing, fondant or any other food or decorations. Photos must be of oreo art made by the uploader for this competition. Photos of oreo art taken from the internet will be deemed invalid.<\/p>\n 6. Website viewers can vote once for each photo of their choosing per day during the competition period.<\/p>\n 7. Competition commences 7:30pm on April 7th 2017 AEST. Entries close 10am on April 26th 2017 AEST. Eligible winners photos with the most votes will be notified by email and published on the competition page.<\/p>\n 8. The Promoter has one prizes of $50 Vat19 voucher, one prize of $50 Amazon Voucher and three prizes of The Deep Enders ebook.<\/p>\n 9. Total prize value is AUD $115. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.<\/p>\n 10. Two weeks after the original decision has been made if any of the winners cannot be contacted, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next best entry(ies) as judged by the viewers votes.<\/p>\n 11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.<\/p>\n 12. Incomplete, incorrect or inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid. Entries with images that are not family friendly will be deemed invalid. Photos on instagram or any place other than the entry form will be deemed invalid.<\/p>\n 13. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.<\/p>\n 14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter\u2019s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.<\/p>\n 15.
