preferable to heating from the bottom if you have that setting. \u00a0Alternatively if you have a hooded BBQ you can cook them on a pizza stone under the hood.<\/p>\n<p>Some people will load on a bit of everything for a strange concoction of flavours, while others carefully construct their gourmet pizza with spinach, chicken and bocconcini arranged in a pretty pattern. \u00a0But one thing is for sure &#8211;
