In a pan put the sugar, 160mL (5.41 fluid ounces) of water and glucose syrup.  Heat over high heat stirring until the sugar is dissolved.  Pour mixture into the bowl of an electric mixer.  Add the gelatin sheets with the water they were soaking in and stir until they are melted.  Whip on high speed until the mixture is very thick, see the video for what it looks like. <\/p>\n<p>Pour the marshmallow mixture into the prepared tin and leave at room temperature to set.  <\/p>\n<p>Once firm cut into desired shapes and sprinkle with icing sugar.
