In this video I will show you how to make a raindrop with a 3D edible flower inside.  They are very pretty and a bit lighter on the calories than most desserts. Leaf gelatin can come in different strengths, check the instructions on your packet for how much gelatin is required to set 1 L (0.26 gallons), then increase slightly)<br \/>\nbowl of cool water<br \/>\n1 litre (0.26 gallons) or 4 cups water<br \/>\n300g (10.58 ounces) or 1 1\/3 cups sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp citric acid (or other clear flavoring)<\/p>\n<p>Place the gelatin leaves in the bowl of cool water and leave to soften.<\/p>\n<p>Put the 1L (0.26 gallons) of water, sugar and citric acid into a saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved.<\/p>\n<p>Squeeze the water out of the gelatin and add to the pan.  Stir well then pour into containers and leave in the fridge to set.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clear jello using agar agar <\/strong><br \/>\n13g (0.46 ounces) or just less than 1 1\/2 Tbsp agar agar<br \/>\n1 cup or 250millilitres (8.45 fluid ounces) cool water<br \/>\n1 litre (0.26 gallons) or 4 cups water<br \/>\n300g (10.58 ounces) or 1 1\/3 cups sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp citric acid (or other clear flavoring)<\/p>\n<p>Add the agar agar to the cup of cool water and let it sit for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Place the 1L (0.26 gallons) of water, sugar and citric acid and agar mixture into a saucepan and bring to the boil.  Boil for a couple of minutes to ensure the agar agar is dissolved.<\/p>\n<p>Pour into molds and leave set. Split into smaller bowls to colour.
