Sometimes trends on youtube get a little crazy.  The one hundred layers trend all started with a young lady putting on over 100 layers of nail polish on her nails.  Because that video had a ridiculous amount of views everyone jumped onto the bandwagon with 100 layers of foundation and anything else you can think of.  Most of these challenges result in an incredible waste of products.  So when requests came in for 100 layers I was determined to make something sweet and yummy.  <\/p>\n<div class=\"videoWrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/knJyacuxABM?rel=0&amp;controls=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fn\">To make this 100 layer crepe cake you will need:<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=center>\nThe Deep Enders book http:\/\/goo.gl\/hu0xqc<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Crepe Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nThis amount fits in my blender and makes enough for 25 crepes, to make 100 you need to make this four times over.  Or if you&#8217;d prefer more filling between your crepes make this only once and spread the fillings liberally.<\/p>\n<p>8 eggs<br \/>\n1\/4 cup or 55g (1.94 ounces) sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 cup or 110g (3.88 ounces) butter<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla<br \/>\n4 cups or 1L (0.26 gallons) milk (4% fat)<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups or 400g (14.11 ounces) flour<\/p>\n<p>Place all ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raspberry Sauce Recipe<\/strong><br \/>\n6 cups or 840g (29.63 ounces) frozen raspberries<br \/>\njuice of 1 lemon<br \/>\n4 Tbsp or 52g (1.83 ounces) sugar<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/P2190566-550x413.jpg\" alt=\"100 layer crepe cake ann reardon how to cook that\" width=\"550\" height=\"413\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-44941\" data-wp-pid=\"44941\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/P2190566-550x413.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/P2190566-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/P2190566-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/P2190566-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Heat the raspberries and lemon juice until the fruit falls apart.<br \/>\nPush through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
