


{"id":4774,"date":"2014-08-29T19:33:42","date_gmt":"2014-08-29T09:33:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/?p=4774"},"modified":"2015-12-17T13:39:28","modified_gmt":"2015-12-17T03:39:28","slug":"disney-frozen-snowflakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/disney-frozen-snowflakes\/","title":{"rendered":"Disney Frozen Snowflakes Jelly Cups"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"hrecipe\" align=\"center\">\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"photo\" src=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IMG_2603-550x412.jpg\" alt=\"disney frozen party food idea\" width=\"550\" height=\"412\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nThese little Frozen jellies, complete with frosty rims and snowflake icing will be a wonderful dessert to go along with an Elsa, Anna or Olaf cake at a Disney Frozen party. \u00a0As a little girl growing up in a very warm country like Australia, I imagined snow to be the most wonderful stuff.<\/p>\n<p><em>Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes<br \/>\nSnowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes<br \/>\nSilver white winters that melt into springs<br \/>\nThese are a few of my favorite things<\/em><br \/>\n(The Sound of Music)<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9VmBGdEkCzo\" width=\"550\" height=\"309\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"fn\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Now you can make your very own Disney Frozen snowflakes where ever you live.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Royal Icing Recipe<br \/>\n<span class=\"ingredient\"><span class=\"amount\">1<\/span>\u00a0or 32g (1.13 ounces)\u00a0<span class=\"name\">egg white<\/span><\/span> (you can use pasturized egg whites or buy powdered egg whites and add water as per directions on the packet)<br \/>\n150g (5.29 ounces) or 1 1\/4 cup icing (powdered) sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon cream of tartar<br \/>\nfew drops of mint or other clear essence (optional)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Using electric beaters combine all ingredients and beat on high speed for about 7 minutes or until stiff.<br \/>\nPlace in piping bag (or ziplock bag with a hole in one corner). Pipe onto non-stick baking paper (see video) and leave to dry out over-night.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dip the tops of cups into the royal icing and then caster sugar. Then fill each cup with blue jelly made according to the directions on the packet.
