Add the butter, cream and raspberries.  Stir well to combine then strain through a fine metal sieve to remove the seeds.<\/p>\n<p>Note the chilli truffles only lasted a couple of days.  After that the chilli started breaking down the chocolate, the sides of the truffles blistered and then collapsed. Add the butter, cream and salt.  Stir well to combine then keep heating until it is the thickness you desire.
