I have not finished shopping for gifts. In fact I have hardly started, but I do have dessert planned.<\/p>\n<div class=\"videoWrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Q5uAcmdAlBw?showinfo=0?rel=0\" width=\"550\" height=\"309\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the brownie you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat the Oven to 180C (356 degrees Fahrenheit)<br \/>\n100g (3.53 ounces) or 1\/2 cup butter or margarine<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 cup or 250g (8.82 ounces) sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla<br \/>\n3\/4 cup or 120g (4.23 ounces) self raising flour (if using plain flour add 1 tsp of baking powder)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup or 30g (1.06 ounces) cocoa powder<br \/>\n1 cup or 150g (5.29 ounces) white chocolate and dark chocolate melts <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fn\"><strong>To make the cheesecake you will need:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>2 Tbsp\u00a0gelatine powder\u00a0dissolved in 1\/3 cup cold water<br \/>\n750g (26.46 ounces)\u00a0or 3 cups cream cheese<\/p>\n<p>1 cup or 218g (7.69 ounces) sugar<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup or 188mL (6.36 fluid ounces) (4% fat) milk<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup or 180g (6.35 ounces) (35% fat) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/cream-use\/\" title=\"What cream should I use?\" target=\"_blank\">cream<\/a>, whipped to soft peaks<\/p>\n<p>To decorate:<\/p>\n<p>90mL (3.04 fluid ounces) or 1\/3 cup plus 2tsp (35% fat) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/cream-use\/\" title=\"What cream should I use?\" target=\"_blank\">cream<\/a><\/p>\n<p>200g (7.05 ounces) chocolate<\/p>\n<p>mars bars or other chocolate bars x 3<\/p>\n<p>The BIG NEWS this week is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/howtocookthat\" target=\"_blank\">How To Cook That youtube channel<\/a> just reached 1 million subscribers. 1 Million is so many wonderful people, what a big responsibility!
