target=\"_blank\">Temper your chocolate<\/a> and spread the chocolate thinly on some acetate. \u00a0Using a knife and the petal template cut out individual petals, see video for demonstration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Working quickly before the chocolate hardens curve it up into a half circle.\u00a0 Use something cylindrical to hold it in place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Spread more chocolate out\u00a0and cut small circles and cut each circle in half.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">To assemble the dessert use a little chocolate to secure a selection of fruit to the top of your macaron. \u00a0Place the macaron on top of a chocolate truffle using chocolate to hold it in place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Arrange the chocolate petals around a silicone hemisphere mold.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Then using some more chocolate add the base, this is going to hold all the petals in place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Take one half of your flower\u00a0and use chocolate to hold it in place on the base of the bowl.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Then add the chocolate macaron to the middle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">And carefully add the other style=\"text-align: center;\">5 egg yolks or 90g (3.17 ounces)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup or 50g (1.76 ounces) sugar<br \/>\n1 cup or 250millilitres (8.45 fluid ounces) cream (35% fat) <a title=\"What cream should I use?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/cream-use\/\" target=\"_blank\">(see what cream to use page)<\/a><br \/>\n1\/2 cup or 125millilitres (4.23 fluid ounces) whole or full cream milk (4% fat)<br \/>\n1 vanilla bean<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Scrape\u00a0the vanilla bean and\u00a0combine with the\u00a0cream and milk in a saucepan and heat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Whisk together sugar and the egg yolks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Once it just starts to boil remove from the heat and pour into the egg yolk mixture whisking as you do.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour back into the saucepan, refrigerate. \u00a0When ready to serve the dessert reheat the creme anglaise to 185F (85 degrees Celsius)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Immediately pour through a sieve into a jug.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Take the dessert to the table and pour some hot anglaise into the bowl.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">The hot sauce melts the base of the petals making them fall open
