By far the hardest thing in making teeny weeny videos is the pre-prep.  If I want a miniature mars bar I have to make one, I can&#8217;t just go to the shops.  The other difficulty is that once it is made there is not really enough to share between the five people in our family plus extras.  Usually when we have people over I always have something that I&#8217;ve made that we can eat. Imagine if I bought this to the table.  That would be quite amusing&#8230; until they realized that&#8217;s all folks.<\/p>\n<h4>To make your own full sized cheesecake you will need:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Base:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 a packet of your choice of biscuits crushed<br \/>\n50g (1.76 ounces) butter or margarine, melted<\/p>\n<p>2 Tbsp gelatine powder bloomed in 1\/3 cup cold water<\/p>\n<p>750g (26.46 ounces)  or 2 3\/4 cups cream cheese<\/p>\n<p>1 cup or 218g (7.69 ounces)  sugar<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup or 190mL (6.42 fluid ounces) milk (4% fat)<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup or 180g (6.35 ounces) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/cream-use\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">cream<\/a> (whipped to soft peaks)<\/p>\n<p><b>To decorate:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>90mL (3.04 fluid ounces) or 1\/3 cup cream<br \/>\n200g (7.05 ounces) chocolate<br \/>\nmars bars or other chocolate bars x 3<\/p>\n<p>Mix together the crushed biscuits and melted butter and push down into the base of a container lined with non-stick baking paper on the base and sides.<br \/>\nWhip together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and soft.<br \/>\nMix in the milk.  Heat the bloomed gelatin in the microwave, keep an eye on it you do not want it to bubble over.  Once the gelatin is liquid mix it into the cream cheese mixture.  Pour over the base and place in the freezer.  Not you can just put it in the fridge to set but if you have it in a tall container like mine and want to tip it out then freezing it first is the easiest option.<\/p>\n<p>To decorate:  Break the chocolate in to pieces and place in a bowl with the cream.  Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds stir and then repeat 20 seconds stir until all the chocolate is melted.
