It was lovely to meet you all!<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fn\"><strong>To make this topsy turvy cake you will need:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1 quantitiy of my perfect sponge cake recipe<a title=\"Perfect Sponge Cake Recipe:  Light Fluffy Moist and Tall\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/sponge-cake-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\"> (click to open sponge cake recipe and video here)\u00a0<\/a> baked in a 15.5cm (6.1 inches) and a 20cm (7.87 inches) tin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiramisu layer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>20cm (7.87 inches) sponge cake (see above)<\/p>\n<p><em>Coffee Syrup<\/em><br \/>\n<span class=\"ingredient\"><span class=\"amount\">2 tsp<\/span> <span class=\"name\">instant coffee<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n1\/3 cup or 73g (2.57 ounces) sugar<br \/>\n1\/3 cup or 83g (2.93 ounces) water<\/p>\n<p><em>Mascapone Frosting<\/em><br \/>\n500g (17.64 ounces) or 2 cups mascapone cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 cup or 125millilitres (4.23 fluid ounces) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/cream-use\/\" title=\"What cream should I use?\" target=\"_blank\">cream<\/a><br \/>\n1\/4 cup or 55g (1.94 ounces) sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 packet Savoiardi sponge finger biscuits<\/p>\n<p>1 ribbon to tie around the cake.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Macaron Layer<\/strong><br \/>\n15.5&#8243; sponge cake (see above)<\/p>\n<p>White chocolate ganache<br \/>\n260g (9.17 ounces) white chocoalte<br \/>\n25g (0.88 ounces) or 2 Tbsp butter<br \/>\n86g (3.03 ounces) or 1\/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/cream-use\/\" title=\"What cream should I use?\" target=\"_blank\">cream<\/a><br \/>\n5 drops vanilla custard flavouring<br \/>\n15 drops wilton&#8217;s salted caramel flavouring<\/p>\n<p>One quantity of the <a title=\"Buttercream Cupcake Frosting Recipes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/buttercream-cupcake-frosting-recipes\/\" target=\"_blank\">basic buttercream recipe<\/a><br \/>\nred, pink and blue <a href=\"http:\/\/s.wilton.com\/1K8AHlF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">food colouring<\/a><\/p>\n<p>One quantity of <a title=\"Salted Caramel Macaron Recipe\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/salted-caramel-macaron-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\">macarons shells recipe <\/a> coloured in three shades.
