If you&#8217;d prefer, you could use a food colouring and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/marsbar-cheesecake\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">cheesecake mixture<\/a> instead. <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Y3gs0AgRlm4?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fn\">To make the avocado dessert you will need:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Avocado Skins<\/strong><br \/>\n200g (7.05 ounces) dark chocolate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtocookthat.net\/public_html\/temper-chocolate\/\">tempered<\/a> makes 6 halves plus a little left over.<\/p>\n<p>4 avocados scooped carefully to separate the yellow and green flesh (see video).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lime Avocado Cream<\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"ingredient\"><span class=\"amount\">430g (15.17 ounces)<\/span> <span class=\"name\">green avocado flesh<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n215mL (7.27 fluid ounces) milk<br \/>\n70g (2.47 ounces) sugar<br \/>\n3 tsp lime rind<br \/>\n2 tsp gelatin<br \/>\n2 tablespoons lime juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orange Avocado Cream<\/strong><br \/>\n210g (7.41 ounces) yellowy avocado flesh<br \/>\n105mL (3.55 fluid ounces) milk<br \/>\n45g (1.59 ounces) sugar<br \/>\n2 tsp orange rind<br \/>\n1 tsp gelatin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avocado Seeds<\/strong><br \/>\n144g (5.08 ounces) white chocolate<br \/>\n18g (0.63 ounces) dark chocolate<br \/>\n120g (4.23 ounces) green avocado cream (see above)<br \/>\nMelt the chocolate and combine with the avocado cream.  Pipe into a balloon the size of an avocado seed and freeze.
