WIN ONE OF FIVE BAKERS SECRET PRIZE PACKS COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to people worldwide
3. The competition is based on the best answer, chance plays no part in determining the winners.
4. To register for a chance to win one of the prize packs, individuals must do one or more of the following during the competition period:
A) WEBSITE: Enter on this website page https://www.howtocookthat.net/public_html/strawberry-fraisier-dessert-recipe by first subscribing to the howtocookthat.net website and then writing their memorable baking experience in 25 words or less on the entry form on that page.
B) FACEBOOK Enter on https://www.facebook.com/howtocookthat by first liking the page and then writing their memorable baking experience in 25 words or less on the competition post
C) INSTAGRAM Enter on https://instagram.com/howtocookthat/ by first following @howtocookthat on Instagram and then writing their most memorable baking experience in 25 words or less on the competition post on https://instagram.com/howtocookthat/ which pictures the prize pack.
5. Competition commences 7:30pm AEST on 17th April 2015. Entries close 10pm AEST on 1st May 2015.
JUDGING WINNERS:
A) WEBSITE: Best three valid entries on the website will be decided by Saturday 12 noon AEST 2nd May 2015. Winners will be notified by email. They will also be listed in the Strawberry Fraiser blog post. Three prize packs to be won on the website.
B) FACEBOOK The best entry on Facebook will be first valid entry with the most likes at 10pm AEST on 1st May 2015. Winner will be notified by Facebook message. One prize pack to be won on Facebook.
C) INSTAGRAM The best entry on Instagram will be decided by Saturday 12 noon AEST 2nd May 2015. Winner will be notified by Instagram messages. They will also be listed in the description below the post. One prize pack to be won on Instagram.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Promoter has five prizes each consisting of one 28cm (11.02 inches) Baker’s Secret spatula, one Baker’s Secret mini icing spreader, Baker’s Secret 4pc magnetic measuring cup set, 31cm (12.2 inches) whisk, one Baker’s Secret 12 cup loose based round dessert pan, set of 2 Baker’s Secret mini loose base square pans and one Baker’s Secret 17 pc cake decorating kit. Each prize pack is valued at AUD $128.65.
7. Total prize value is AUD $771.90. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. Two weeks after the original decision has been made if any of the winners cannot be contacted, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next best entry(ies) as judged by the promoter at the same place as the original judging.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entrants who are not subscribed on the platform they entered on will be invalid. Entries written anywhere other than in the comments section on the specific competition post on facebook or instagram or the entry form on the website will NOT be included in the competition. Any entries that are over 25 words will be invalid.
11. Duplicate entries by the same entrant will be ignored or deleted. Please do no spam the entry area. In the case of two identical entries from different entrants the first one will be taken as the original entry and the second or subsequent entries will be deemed as copies and will be invalid.
12. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
14. The Promoter will collect personal information from the five winners in order to mail the prizes and will, for this purpose, disclose the winners information to World Kitchen Australia as required. The promoter will not collect personal information from Entrants under 18 years of age.
17. Entrants must not be an employee of World Kitchen Australia or Reardon Media Inc.
