WIN ONE OF TEN WILTSHIRE PRIZE PACKS COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is open worldwide, void where prohibited by law.

3. The competition is based on the best photos or videos, chance plays no part in determining the winners.

4. To enter, individuals must, during the competition period, upload a photo or video featuring the Crazy Sweet Creations cookbook onto one, or more, of the platforms Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and / or Youtube along with the hashtag “#crazysweetcreations”.

5. To be valid the photos and / or videos comprised in the entry to the competition must be the entrant’s own work and not plagiarise or use the work of others unless specifically authorised to do so. Entrants must not submit any images or videos that are unlawful or fraudulent, or that is in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication. They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation and privacy.

6. Competition commences 7:30pm on 2 July 2021 AEST. Entries close 11pm on 28 July 2021 AEST. The judging will take place 29 July 2021 by 11pm AEST. Winners will be notified via the social media platform where the image or video was posted. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The Promoter has ten prize packs each consisting of Wiltshire digital scales, silicone whisk, silicone spatula, cookie scoop, piping set, border decorating tips set, flower decorating tips set, cookie sheet pan 39cm (15.35 inches), foldable cooling rack 45.5 x 32cm (12.6 inches), brownie pan 27.5 x 17.5cm (6.89 inches), 12-cup muffin pan, 20cm (7.87 inches) round cake pan and measuring spoons, each prize pack is valued at AUD$177.

8. Total prize value is AUD$1,770. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

9. Two weeks after the original decision has been made, if any of the winners cannot be contacted, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next best entry(ies) as judged by the promoter at the same place as the original judging.

10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

11. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.

12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

13. The Promoter will collect personal information from the ten winners in order to mail the prizes and will, for this purpose, disclose the winners’ information to Wiltshire Australia as required. The promoter will not collect personal information from Entrants under 18 years of age. Persons entering the competition who are under 18 years of age require their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission and a parent or legal guardian will need to claim the prize on their behalf.

14. Entrants must not be an employee of Wiltshire Australia or Reardon Media.

15. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
