WIN ONE OF TWO GOLDEN TICKETS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to Sydney and LosAngeles residents only. Entrants living outside this area may only enter if they pay for all costs incurred for them to travel to Los Angeles, USA or Sydney, Australia to collect their prize in person. Prizes will not be delivered.
3. The competition is based on the best answer chance plays no part in determining the winners.
4. To enter, individuals must, during the competition period, watch the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsXqgU_a4AQ and enter on the entry form on this page: : https://www.howtocookthat.net/public_html/fruity-meringue-kisses-recipe/ on the How To Cook That website. They must choose the location they are entering for (LA or Sydney) and answer the following question “The best place to eat dessert in LA/Sydney is and why?” Any entries that written somewhere other than the entry form on the website will not be read and are invalid.
5. Competition commences 7:30pm on 5th June 2015 AEST. Entries close 11pm on 15th June 2015. The judging will take place 16th June 2015 by 4pm AEST. Winners will be notified by email. Winners will also be written on the https://www.howtocookthat.net/public_html/fruity-meringue-kisses-recipe/ competition post. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Promoter has two golden ticket prize packs each consisting of one Breville Scraper Mixer Pro (valued at AUD$599) and coffee and dessert for two people, maximum total order value of $100, with Ann Reardon of How To Cook That.
7. Total prize value is AUD $1398. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize must be collected in person at the agreed time, no prizes will be delivered. The colour of the mixer is determined by Breville and can not be chosen by the winner.
8. One week after the original decision has been made if any of the winners cannot be contacted, any unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next best entry(ies) as judged by the promoter at the same place as the original judging. If a winner fails to collect their prize at the agreed date and time the prize will be awarded to the next best entry as determined by the promoters. Due to Ann Reardon being in LA for a limited time period if the LA prize is unclaimed it will be awarded to the next best Sydney entrant.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
12. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
14. The Promoter will collect personal contact information from the two winners in order arrange the ‘coffee and dessert’. The promoter will not give the prize to an Entrant under 18 years of age. A parent or guardian would need to collect the prize on their behalf and bring them as their ‘friend’.
17. Entrants must not be an employee of Breville Australia or Reardon Media Pty Ltd.
18. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Ann, I would love to try making all of your creations, but I don’t live in Australia, and my ovens don’t have Celsius, they only have F. So could you please convert these temperatures in C to F please?? Thank you!
Hi Raven, We used have all these measurements convert automatically via a plugin on the blog. It has caused problems, so we now have someone manually going through every recipe and adding this in. It may take a while but we will get to your favourite recipe.
