Hi Ann
I purchased the train template on Sunday 15th using a Visa card from USA how long until I get it ? Is there anyway of getting in touch with you regarding theses purchases apart from here I’m really gonna need this ASAP
Thanks
Hi, I am trying to pay for the Thomas Cake template, however when i click on the payment icon (paypal etc), the screen goes transparent grey and doesnt respond to anything
There does not seem to be option to pay with credit card, only options are to pay with pay pal or create pay pal account with credit card.
I want nothing to do with pay pal, is there a way for me to pay this with just credit card ?
Disappointing. Checkout logo has a Visa image, so why must I use PayPal? Well, I won’t, so until Lelena and I can pay by card, that’s 2 sales AT LEAST that you’ve lost.
the templates are a digital download, so the link is in the confirmation email that you received. If there’s any problem let me know and we can sort it out.
I’m going to be attempting to make the cars cake for my son’s 4th birthday. I want to buy the templates but needed some more details about how many templates I will get and if possible for u to also send me a link which has the coloured images of the monograms. Thanks alot
you get a digital download of the template file. no i can’t send a picture of the colour images due to copyright issues. but I’m sure you can print off the internet
Hi Cathy, I can’t use disney images in the template, if you google image search you will find lots of pictures with the colours on though, the template shows you the size to cut out.
Hi Ann

i have purchased your train, car and buttercream recipes. However, the butter cream recipes file does not has a file extension like .xls or pdf or doc and therefore the compauter does not recognize what file type it is and i am not able to open the recipes files. would you please advise how to resolve this. for the other two template which is pdf file and it worked fine. Thank you!
I recently sent you an email but I just noticed this comment box so I’ll leave my message here instead. I purchased the Dalek template and I didn’t see an option to download it right away. How should I go about retrieving it?
Thanks!

Guess you have to go thru Paypal in order to get it right away. If I don’t get it and have been waiting, it is not going to do me any good.
hi evelyn, the digital download link is immediate when you purchase with paypal. Hope it worked out.
I cant check out
I agree, I keep trying to order the cars template and there is no where for me to continue to check out
You click the PayPal logo. By the looks of it , PayPal is the only way to pay for the items in your cart.
Hope I could help.

you pay through paypal or a credit card. Both options are there on the page. Hope it works out
