Ann, your sponge cake recipe is absolutely delicious. We decided to do a Baked Alaska with your sponge cake recipe instead of the one that was provided by the cook book and it was amazing, it was so fluffy compared to the one that was in the book (We made the one in the book for our mom’s birthday and is was really dense and heavy). Can’t wait for more videos! It’s 12:30 am here, so good night everybody!
