I discovered your channel some time back when I was looking to make chocolate garnishes. … and I then found out that chocolate had to be tempered!

Hi! I just wanted to say that I absolutely love your channel. All of your videos are super fun and cute and they just look delicious! I’ve always wanted to open a bakery. It’s been my dream since I was a little girl. And I’ve always loved to bake, but my family has never really had the money to get any of the cool tools and things to make cakes like you do. So I mix ALL of my ingredients by hand! And it’s not bad. I love making your recipes. I also normally use.colored frosting to decorate, since fondant is a little more expensive. But it’s never stopped me! Thank you for all ofor the inspiration. You are the sweetest person I’ve ever seen. Literally!
