What will humans eat on mars?

There are so many problems that need solving before there can be a manned mission to mars. A big piece of the puzzle is the food. Going to mars is a three year round trip. People have had long stints on the international space station before, but new supplies come approximately every month. That would not be possible on Mars. Can you imagine planning and packing all your food for a three year trip?
