  1. Hello,
Can you please help me as i am trying to make chocolate flowers. I have used the different type of chocolate as mentioned and both times when i pipe chocolate onto paper and cover with top sheet, my chocolate has hardened already and not able to place on rolling pin as chocolate has fell apart. I am obviously doing something wrong and your advise would be greatly appreciated.

    • Hi Tracy, you will need to work quickly and just do one row of petals at a time. Perhaps the bench you are working on is cooling the chocolate. Place a board under the paper so it creates a buffer between your chocolate and the cool bench.

  2. Fantastic,l love to experiment and this is a lovely challenge,.

I tried the white chocolate flowers and the chocolate cake as well. it turned out exactly like you had shown and tasted awesome. Thanks for posting recipes that actually work and do what they are suppose to do. And also for showing techniques that actually work and that a novice can do. Love your work. Do you hold classes or demo’s? I would seriously consider flying from NZ to attend one of those. Thanks
