Where do my mini eggs come from?

“Where do you get tiny eggs from?” is the most asked question on my much-loved teeny weeny baking videos. Finally I have got around to making a video to show you just where they come from. We also checked out what a massive ostrich egg tasted like!

If you’d like to binge watch some tiny cooking I’ve added them below for you.

In other news I’ve started working on an exciting secret project that I’ll let you know more about in the future.

I have been busy over the last year planning, writing and overseeing the photography and layout for my first ever cookbook! There are heaps of my favourite dessert recipes in there with a chapter on pastries, ice-cream, yummy cakes, artistic desserts and of course chocolate desserts. Each chapter has its own intro explaining the food science that you'll need to know for success every time. Booksellers where you can purchase your very own copy:

All recipe quantities in the book are in grams, ounces and cups.
