Strawberry Chocolate
Strawberries and chocolate have always been a winning combination. Here is a new way to serve them that looks stunning as a gift. A block of strawberry chocolate.
You of course only need two ingredients, 12 strawberries and 350g (12.35 ounces) chocolate. Choose strawberries that are beautiful and fresh and around the same size. For the chocolate you need to temper it so that it sets firmly at room temperature. I used milk chocolate but you can of course use dark or white.

If i wish to preserve these strawberry chocolates, for how many days strawberries will be good, Under what conditions and what I must do to extend its shelf life.

Hi Valdehi, The shelf life of these chocolates is dependent on the fruit. They will only be good to eat as long as the strawberries are good to eat. If you use fresh fruit in very good condition, they may last 5-7 days if refrigerated. They are best eaten within a day or of making.

Hi ann. Love ur recipes. For the bad guy’s name I was thinking of ZEDAK. I’m 13 years old in 7 days and I was thinking of writing a fantasy book when I’m older and finished the story in my head. I have started and there is a fanatic malevolent villain called ZEDAK but I’m happy to think of another one and lend that name to your husband’s novel. Hope u will choose that one
