Hi Ann, I am going to attempt this cake but i usually have problem with stacking cakes. I think they are too moist. Do you have an suggestions to help?

Hi Tina, Anything with more than 2 layers it can be a good idea to use cake supports. You can use commercial supports or cake pop sticks are always handy. In addition, sometimes thiner layers of cake can work better than very large ones and don’t overfill inbetween the layers. That can make things prone to sliding around. Do make sure the cakes are fully cooled before assembling but being moist is not usually an issue. I purchased a Thomas template and when I printed it out the watermark was across every page. I did as the instructions said but I can’t see anything. Any suggestion?
Hi Kathie, the templates don’t currently have a major water mark across the pages. I have checked them at this end and can’t see any issue, so perhaps there is an issue with local settings I will put you in touch with the support team to see if they can assist. They be in touch shortly.
I have tried locating the Thomas the Train template on your site. I have been looking for several days. Please help me out because I truly have lost my mind on finding this template. I made a Thomas the Train cake last year for my grandson’s 2nd birthday. I was a hit even though I didn’t do it well so I would like another chance at it since he is requesting Thomas again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
