  1. Hello Anne,
I tempered the chocolate correctly (tested it with little sticks, and it turned out yummy and still”snappy), but i am having troubles trying to get the cooled eggs out of their mould… do you have any suggestion/tips ?
    Thank you

(Is it better to get the chocolate egg out of the mould quickly, or wait until they’re properly solid? They’re stuck inside now!)

    • Hi Sahara, Yes, once it is set put in the freezer for about 10 minutes and it will come out easily.

Thank you so much Ann! I made Minion easter eggs for my little boy, and he loved it!! It was a bit tricky to colur the chocolate, so I initially covered covered the small one in fondant.
I also made a star wars one for my husband, with the first egg(the one that got stuck, and you helped me save…) It got a little ruined during transport but he got ( and appreciated) the idea and effort. i am very proud of my first ever eggs, i think i’ll do them again nex year

Hello, thank you so much for all of your great videos!
I’m trying to find a way to color white chocolate with something natural to avoid artificial colors. I wanted to ask if you could think of anything to do this.
Thank you very much once more!

    • Hi Oz, There are vegetable based colours available though you will need to test how they mix with the chocolate you are using.

Great video again, Ann 🙂 I’ll be sure to try the Nutella ones for my family! I was wondering if you could make a Biscoff truffle for your truffles video? Many thanks 🙂

  14. Hi Ann,
I made some Easter eggs last year inspired by your video, and I thought I would post a picture as they are similar to the ones above. I made a dark chocolate egg for my dad, decorated with white chocolate buttons and with nuts inside. For my mum I made a white chocolate and strawberry egg with dried cranberries inside, and for my sister I made a stripy milk and white chocolate egg. I also filled these with smaller chocolates! I made a bunch of mini eggs filled with nutella and decorated with various chocolate designs. My family was very spoilt, I must say!
Thank you for your video on tempering chocolate, it was the most helpful one I’ve seen. I love your recent video, the idea of an egg with popping sugar is great and I think the gold egg looks really pretty!
    Best wishes, Daisy. 🙂

    • Thanks for all the ideas Daisy!

    • Apologies for grammatical mistakes. I was typing it in a hurry.
