Step 1: Purchase the app

Step 2: Print out your markers and cut out

Step 3: Open the app and press the button for the animation you want, line up the square directly above the appropriate marker until it locks on. Once it is locked on you can move it around as long as the marker stays on screen.

Hi, cool idea! But your app doesn’t link with the camera when downloaded. I got it off iTunes for $4.49 and it doesn’t work. The app doesn’t appear in the settings and there is no way to turn the camera on in the privacy settings as the app doesn’t appear there. Any ideas?
Hi- I have downloaded the app for my son’s castle party tomorrow but the app hasn’t asked permission to access the camera on my iPhone as its not listed in the app options under camera. any ideas? thanks
Hi Jenny, If you have the android version, it is downloadable for free as it is no longer being updated. Users may therefore experience compatability issues. If you have the itunes version then let me know and we will pass the info onto the programmer..
Hi there.
I downloaded this too via iphone app centre and currently use the iOS 12.3.1 It does not request access to my camera. It also won’t show up in the privacy>camera area of settings to grant access to the camera. It can not be seen in the apps area of the settings too (which is seriously odd). Would love to know when this is going to be fixed or I have wasted $4.99 for nothing and a bunch of disappointed kids this Saturday.

We are really sorry but we have just discovered (as a result of your message) that the app is no longer working due to an Apple update.
We will require a programmer to fix this matter but I expect it will take some time to remedy.
I believe that it is possible to ask for a refund from the App Store. Please let me know if you hit any further problems.
I downloaded app on my iPad but I can’t get it to work. It says it needs access to the iPad’s camera, but in the privacy settings there is no way to give this app access to the camera. Any help would be appreciated.
I also tried downloading app on an Android device. So far only the unicorn has worked, and even that doesn’t seem to work every time.
Thanks for posting Terry. I have forwarded your query to our app support crew. It is very odd that you can’t give permissions in the privacy settings. What actual android device are you using?
It’s on the iPad that I can’t give permission. The option just doesn’t come up.
The android device I am using is a Galaxy S6.
Thanks Terry, I have passed this info onto the customer-care team and they are investigating the issue. There shouldn’t be issues with the itunes version. The androisd version is no longer being updated so compatability issues may occur.

Hi All, this app is no longer being updated by the developer so that is why is is free to download now. If you are experiencing technical issues with accessing the camera, it is likely that the app is not functioning with your current operating sydtem. Apologies that we are unable to help with this.

Hi Ann, I have just purchased the app on Apple and it works great, I can take a picture but not a video. Is there anyway a video can be taken? On my app it just has a camera icon no video icon.

Do you know where the photos save to? My child and all his friends loved the cake and the dragon but can’t seem to find the photos, any tips most welcomed.

Question about the marker, is it possible to colour it in? I saw on the princess flag you said it can be coloured, but not too dark. Is this the same with the dragon marker? Are there any colours that the app struggles with?

Hi Trish, The dark outlines of the marker need to be very clearly distinguishable, so it really doesn’t matter what colour you use as long as it is clearly paler than the outlines.
I had purchased this awesome app back when it first came out. Will there be any new releases in the near future? 🙂

I purchased the app a few days ago. The unicorn, pirate ship, and fireworks work beautifully. However, I am having problems with the dragon marker. It seems not to load properly. Do you have any suggestions or helpful hints to fix the issue?

Hi! I absolutely love the app, but I need to please get some help with it. It worked right away and is a lot of fun, but after trying them, all of a sudden it stopped working, now all I see is a black screen with the dotted white lined box in the middle… I’m planning to use this as an awesome addition to a pirate party I’m having, so any help will be really appreciated. Thank you so much, it is absolutely a genius idea!
