    c) I love How To Cook That because I love to bake and u inspire me. When ever my mom looks over at me I am watching one of your awesome videos. Although I am limited to what I can bake because I do not have a hand mixer or an electrical mixer, I bake what ever I can get my hands on! I watched your truffles video and for all this week I have been making truffles. My favourite are the Oreos. Even though I probably won’t win this contest I just want you to know that you are making the dreams of kids ( and adults) all over the world happen and that to never stop goin!

  8. Such a pretty cake as always!
Would you mind I ask if the blue fondant in this video is the Fondarific brand? I used some (white and pink) for my daughter’s birthday cake 2 weeks ago. Although the fondant tastes ok but it was very soft and cracked a lot. I wonder if it’s because my technique was bad or because it was a warm day.

    • Hi Qi, Ann uses a variety of fondants. The brand you mentioned isn’t available in our local area.

  9. Hi maam Ann Reardon Im a 12 year old boy and a biggest fan of you and i love how you bake sweets especially the GIANT ONES and the Truffles…..youre the best at baking cakes maam 🙂

    • Hi Sadie, you only need to temper the chocolate if you are wanting it to set – for example as a chocolate decoration or molded shape. For recipes that use chocolate in them like the ganache you do not need to temper it. 😀
