To make your very own giant Ferrero Rocher Chocolate you will need:

Hemisphere pan

  6. Hi,
I think I should say that this recipe is simply amazing.

  7. What kind of cream do you used
And if you can can you post a picture of the cream that you use or give me some ideas of what cream to use

    • HI Marcos, In the US cream with a fat content of 35% or higher might be called whipping cream or Heavy Cream. It should be readily available in your supermarket. Just check the fat content on the label and select one that is 35% or above.

      • Thank you so much and i have to try it

  11. Hi Ann!

This is one amazing recipe!! Ferrero Rochers are my husbands favorite candy and I would like to make one as a gift for our wedding anniversary 🙂

Would you please clarify the baking temperature for the cones in addition to the baking times/temperature for the hazelnut center? I am assuming it’s the same temperature for both cones and center but I don’t like to make assumptions 🙂

    Thank you in advance’b
